Since January 6, 2021, Donald Trump and [Other Defendants] have provided aid and comfort to individuals involved in the January 6 insurrection. This includes public statements of support and, in some cases, pardoning individuals convicted of crimes related to the insurrection.

3. Violation of the 14th Amendment

Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution prohibits individuals who have engaged in insurrection or rebellion, or who have given aid or comfort to enemies of the United States, from holding public office.

Relief Requested:

I respectfully request the following:

1. That the court declare Donald Trump and [Other Defendants] ineligible to hold any public office under the 14th Amendment, Section 3.

2. That the court issue an order for the immediate removal of Donald Trump and [Other Defendants] from any public office they currently hold or are seeking to hold.
